Hi, and welcome to Crooked Fall Studios!
My main goal with this website is to freely share my music with other content creators out there looking for music to use on their projects. I intend to keep this free or as cheap as possible, while not requiring attribution. Just snag the song you want and go. If you want to toss me a backlink, that’s great, but if not, no worries.
Originally I had intended this site to be a 3D asset resource as well. An all in one place where you could nab 3D models for your Blender animation projects as well as music, but after a bit of time I realized that is far too time-intensive to do without a team of dedicated people who all share the same goal.
So music it is. I can focus on that and deliver music that I’m proud of. Music that people like you can enjoy, and indeed put to good use in whatever project you might be working on.
I will however, and I can’t state this enough, not allow any of my music to be used for any content that is unlawful, promotes hate and division, or is pornographic in nature.
Otherwise, please use it and enjoy it.
If you’re creating an animation featuring an alien spacecraft zooming through interstellar space at the speed of light, I’m sure you’ll find something here that will work just right for you.
Or say you’re creating a funny video about ducks, and you need some goofy background music, I’m sure you’ll be able to find it here as well.
On top of that, I plan on adding Reaper lessons to the website at some point. For all those of you who have been interested in music production but don’t know where to start, let this be the beginning of your musical journey.
The last thing I’ll say before wrapping it up is please keep in mind that this is an ever-evolving and ever-expanding website. So what you can’t find today, you might able to find tomorrow or the week after, or even the year after.
With all that being said, I hope you find value in this site and I wish you all the best in whatever ventures you have in life.
Oh, one last thing I forgot to mention…
I actually have a bit of an agenda. My real goal with this site, above all else, is to raise as much money as I can for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF), as well as raise public awareness of this awful disease. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has made vast strides over the past five years towards finding a cure, and it’s all due to the many kind souls who donate their precious time and money towards such a great cause.
Just to be clear. There is no pressure to do anything on your part, nor am I trying to guilt anyone into doing anything. But if you do know someone who is affected by CF, or are just curious to learn more about it, please follow the link I will provide below. Any donations are greatly appreciated. I know, because it directly affects my son’s life.
